Chief Complaint
Patient presented for replacement of missing lower anterior and lower left posterior teeth.
Clinical Findings
Missing teeth at #31, #36 and #37.
Pre-operative CBCT was reviewed to assess bone volume, implant positions and nearby anatomical structures.
Treatment Plan
Placement of one mini implant at #31 and two mini implants at #36 and #37.
Intra-operative radiographs as required.
Post-operative CBCT to verify final positioning.
Pre-operative Assessment
Implant size, position, angulation, surgical risks, healing and future restoration were discussed. The patient understood and provided informed consent.
Anesthesia
Local anaesthesia administered to the implant sites.
Surgical Procedure
SlimLine 3.0 mm × 10.0 mm implants were placed at #31, #36 and #37.
Four sutures were placed for primary closure.
Post-operative imaging showed that #31 required deeper seating; the implant was adjusted and repeat CBCT confirmed satisfactory positioning.
The Inferior Dental Nerve remained intact.

Post-operative Assessment
All implants demonstrated satisfactory stability.
Final imaging confirmed satisfactory positioning.
The Inferior Dental Nerve remained uninvolved.
