Appointment Policy

We aim to provide quality dental care to all our patients in a timely manner. Late arrivals, cancellations, and No Shows cause inconvenience and affect treatment time.


The appointment that is booked is designated to the patient who has booked the appointment. This time slot will be no longer available to other patients. To release your reserved time to other patients, please call/send msg our clinic as soon as you know you will not keep your appointment no later than 48 hrs before the appointment.

Late Confirmation

We send a first reminder three days before your appointment and will call you the day before if you haven't confirmed by clicking on the SMS. Please note that late confirmations may result in double booking and potentially longer wait times.

Booking Deposit

For appointments lasting more than one session (45 minutes), a deposit of $200 is mandatory and will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. This policy applies to Crown Preparation, Implant Surgery, Root Canal Treatment, Orthodontic consultations, record taking, and all surgical procedures. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Additionally, appointments for Implant Placement require a minimum one-week notice.

Grounds for Service Refusal

The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any patient who exhibits abusive behavior towards staff, doctors, or other patients. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical threats, harassment, and any other actions that create a hostile or unsafe environment.


Definition of Abusive Behavior

  • Abusive behavior is defined as any conduct that:

  • Uses threatening or offensive language.

  • Involves physical aggression or intimidation.

  • Constitutes harassment, whether verbal, physical, or through electronic communication.

  • Disrupts the normal operations of the clinic.
