Implant sites prepared with drills and osteotomes.
Dentium Superline III 4.5mm x 10.0mm Implant placed.
Bone grafting performed with Osteon II type I collagen artificial bone grafting material.
Flap released.
BSS x 05 placed for primary closure.
Haemostasis achieved.
